Just wanted to say how much of a fantastic opticians this place is. Beth and her husband are so helpful.

I have previously visited for an eye test, purchased designer glasses from the shop and in an unfortunate accident had to visit for urgent eye care treatment (they were quicker and more able to accommodate than the hospital)!

Beth and her husband are so friendly, caring and genuinely interested in making sure you feel looked after whilst tending to your individual needs.

Had an eye infection a couple of months ago and contacted Elliott and Heath to see if they could help out. Beth saw me straight away and I was given a course of treatments.. very efficient, friendly and helpful staff. I’ve Since been back and been fitted with some new sun glasses. Again very professional service and would definitely recommend. See you guys again soon 5/5

I’ve been with Elliot and Heath since 1965, I was 9 when I started wearing glasses, and I got contact lenses from them in the early days. After a few problems this year I started to think my contact lens wearing days might be over but Beth has supplied me with a new pair which I am thrilled with. The staff are wonderful, friendly and caring. Everything was done very efficiently and I felt really safe in these Covid days.

There is nothing more precious than our eyes. Mine have been tested twice in the last 20 years, both times by Mr Ralph. He is a perfectionist and a gentleman. I know the health of my eyes are in capable and safe hands with him. I also suffer from dry eyes and Mrs Ralph has helped guide me to a point where the issue barely effects me. Since Mr Ralph became a partner in Elliott & Heath, I have immediately switched my care to his new businesses and I know he will become a very popular and respected Optician in Chesterfield and the surrounding area.

Had an eye test here today done by Ruth, she is brilliant. Been going to this opticians for years. Never felt like I am pressured into buying new glasses. But found some lovely frames today, price very reasonable. Please give them a try.
