Our resident optometrist first starting his career in Pharmacy graduating in Optometry in 2000. Jerry is qualified in Glaucoma level 2 and works with Derbyshire Sight Support to offer Low Vision Services in the area. Dad to 2 daughters with wife Beth. Loves the outdoors spending his time walking the dog Maggie and cycling.
Beth Ralph FBDO CL MBCLA
Contact lenses, and Dry Eye are her passion. Mum to 2 daughters with Jerry. Between juggling her time at work, Beth loves to visit the theatre and go out on her bike. Beth is a presenter and author of continuing education and has had work printed internationally in America, New Zealand and Australia. She is a speaker at events not only ensuring her knowledge is up to date but educating her peers too.

Arguably the best frame stylist around. Natalie has a skill for styling even the most challenging client. Recently celebrating 18 years service, Natalie sources frames from over 40 international suppliers to ensure you have the best possible eyewear. Just tell her what you are looking for or simply trust her to find you that perfect look.
Ruth Bilton McOptom
Ruth joined us in 2022 and its like she's always been part of the team. No that's not 60 years in optics, it was her birthday. Ruth has worked though decades of change, her knowledge and experience means she's seen most eye conditions and there's not alot she doesn't know about eyes.
Lesley Vaines
Celebrating her 2 years with us at Elliott and Heath. Lesley keeps us all organised and we dont know how we ever managed with out her. The captain of the ship.
Erin Ralph
Daughter to Jerry & Beth, Erin keeps reception organised on a Saturday and because every practice needs a teenager when the computer won't do what we want it to. Currently studying her A levels in Maths, Chemistry & Biology and applying to University to do ....... well we dont know what yet but watch this space!
